MEDIA LICENSING OPTIONS
We offer terms and fees for two image usage/licensing options.
1. SPLIT LICENSING OPTION
This option is for when one or more parties would like to license the complete set of images at the time of the shoot.
For each additional party, 50% of the package is added to the combined total and then split by the number of parties to calculate the licensing fee per party.
Example 1:
Number of parties: 2 Photography package cost: $800 Add 2nd party @ $800 x 50%: $400 Total fee: $1,200 Fee per party ($1,200 / 2): $600
Example 2:
Number of parties: 3 Photography package cost: $800 Add 2nd party @ $800 x 50%: $400 Add 3rd party @ $800 x 50%: $400 Total fee: $1,600 Fee per party ($1,600 / 3): $533
2. STANDARD LICENSING OPTION
For this option, we will send a watermarked proof gallery of the entire project to the additional party for the selection of images for licensing.
Standard image licensing terms and fees for a selected property:
- $100 for the first image selected.
- $25 for additional images selected.
- Image resolution up to 3000×2000 provided (higher resolution available subject to additional charge).
